【摘要】 目的探讨音乐治疗在人工流产术中的作用。方法随机选择114例术中采用音乐辅助治疗的人工流产病人为音乐治疗组。114例采用常规人工流产术病人为常规治疗组。观察术前和术中血压、心率变化;术中恐惧程度和疼痛程度;人流综合征发生率;平均手术时间及术中出血量。结果在人工流产术中采用音乐治疗的音乐治疗组术中的血压、心率变化波动幅度小,恐惧程度、疼痛程度减轻,人流综合征的发生率较低,与常规治疗组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组平均平均时间和术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论音乐治疗是人工流产术中简便易行,不良反应少,能有效地减轻术中术后恐惧程度和疼痛程度,减少人流综合征的发生的辅助治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy applied in induced abortion.Methods 114 patients of induced abortion applied the music therapy were randomly selected as the experiment group,and 114 patients of induced abortion not applied the music therapy were selected as the control group.Blood pressure and heart rate change of pre-operation and operation,the degree of fear,the degree of pain,the occurrence of abortion syndrome,the average operational duration and the vaginal hemorrhage were all observed.Results In experiment group,the fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate was slighter,the fear and pain degree was more alleviated,and there were less occurrence of abortion syndrome during the operation.There was significant difference between two groups.(P<0.05)There was no significant difference about average operation duration and vaginal hemorrhage.(P>0.05) Conclusions Music therapy,a convenient and practical therapy without any side effects for patients,can alleviate pain and fear of operation and post-operation effectively and prevent the occurrence of abortion syndrome.更多还原
