【摘要】 目的探讨联合应用盐酸吡格列酮在治疗2型糖尿病中的疗效和影响。方法采用平行对照法,在原治疗方案基础上联合应用盐酸吡格列酮后分别测定空腹和餐后血糖、C肽水平、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白的指标。结果在原治疗方案基础上联合应用盐酸吡格列酮,结果血糖、C-肽水平、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯都出现明显下降,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白都有下降,而高密度脂蛋白有所上升。结论联合应用盐酸吡格列酮,能有效地控制血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗,并能改善糖代谢、脂代谢紊乱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of pioglitazone hydrochloride on the treatment of type 2 diabetes.while patients in study group were with standard protocol and together with pioglitazone hydrochloride.Methods In control group,patients were treated with standard protocol,while patients in study group were with standard protocol and together with pioglitazone hydrochloride,and parallel control group with study group in therapeutic effect after treatment.Tested the blood glucose (FBG),2 hours post prandial blood glucose (PBG),C-peptide,HbAlc ,total cholesterol (T-chol),triglycerides (TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C).Results While patients in study group were with standard protocol and together with pioglitazone hydrochloride The FBG,PBG,C-peptide,HbAlc and TG were significant increased,T-chol,LDL-C and HDL-C were increased.Conclusions Pioglitazone hydrochloride can reduce the blood glucose level of type 2 diabetes patients,and ameliorate insulin resistance,glycol metabolism and the disturbance of lipid metabolism.更多还原
