磷酸锌空心钠米球的低热固相化学合成(英文)
Synthesis of Zinc Phosphate Hollow Nanospheres by Solid-state Chemical Reaction at Low Heating Temperature
【摘要】 以ZnSO4.7H2O和Na3PO4.12H2O为原料,采用低热(70℃)固相化学反应,超声波作用下洗涤,一步合成出磷酸锌空心纳米球,利用XRD、TEM和IR等手段表征了其结构和形貌。实验结果表明:由反应混合物得到的空心球为单一物相的Zn3(PO4)2.4H2O,直径60~130nm,壁厚5~10nm。
【Abstract】 Zinc phosphate hollownanospheres have been successfully synthesized with ZnSO4.7H2O and Na3PO4.12H2O through one-step,solid-state chemical reaction at lowheatingtemperature(70℃)and ultrasonic washing.The structure and formof the obtained sample have been charac-terized by XRD,TEMand IR.The result shows that the hollowspheres gained fromthe reaction mixture was single phase Zn3(PO4)2.4H2O.Their di-ameter is between 60 ~130 nm and their thickness is between 5 ~10 nm.
