【摘要】 观察中医药加由健择和顺铂组成的化疗方案时局部晚期胰腺癌的疗效。遵照患者意愿,有选择地将37例局部晚期胰腺癌患者分为治疗组(中西医结合组)和对照组(单纯化疗组)。治疗组化疗期间和化疗后继续服中药巩固疗效。结果两组近期疗效差异无统计学意义,临床获益率和远期疗效治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0．01。初步研究结果提示,中医药配合化疗可提高局部晚期胰腺癌的临床获益率,延长生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effects of TCM plus chemotherapy(gemcitabine plus cisplatin) in treating the local advanced pancreatic cancer patients. According to the patients’ opinion,selecting 37 patients with local advanced pancreatic cancer were divided into a treatment group (19 cases) treated by TCM plus chemotherapy and a control group(18cases)only by chemotherapy for observing the therapeutic effects. The patients in the treatment group orally took the Chinese traditional medicine during and after chemotherapy. There was no significant difference in short-term therapeutic effects between the two groups, but the long-term survive rate and clinical benefit response were obviously superior than those in control group (P<0. 01). It is suggested that TCM plus chemotherapy can prolong the survival period and get better clinical benefit response for the patients of local advanced pancreatic cancer.更多还原
