前列腺癌组织中p57kip2和雄激素受体的表达及其意义
Expresions and significance of p57kip2 and AR in prostatic carcinoma
【摘要】 目的研究p57kip2蛋白和雄激素受体在前列腺癌组织中的表达状况,探讨其与前列腺癌的发生和分化程度的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测36例前列腺癌和10例良性前列腺增生组织中p57kip2蛋白和雄激素受体的表达状况。结果p57kip2蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为52.78%,良性前列腺增生组织中为90%,两者差异有统计学意义,χ2=4.552,P<0.05。高分化癌组织中的阳性表达率为77.78%,低分化癌为28.57%,两者的差异有统计学意义,χ2=5.315,P<0.025。雄激素受体在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为47.22%,良性前列腺增生组织中为90%,两者差异有统计学意义,χ2=5.828,P<0.025。不同分化程度癌组织中的雄激素受体阳性表达率差异无统计学意义,χ2值均<2.0,P值均>0.25。结论p57kip2蛋白和雄激素受体的低表达与前列腺癌的发生和分化程度降低有关。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the expressions of p57kip2 and AR in prostatic carcinoma and their relationship with the occurrence and differentiation of prostatic carcinoma. METHODS:The expressions of p57kip2 and AR were detected by the immunohistochemical technique (SP methods) in 36 cases of prostatic carcinoma and 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. RESULTS:The positive-expression rate of p57kip2 protein in tissue of prostatic carcinoma was 52.78%, which was lower than that in tissue of benign prostatic hyperplasia,χ2=4.552,P<0.05. The positive-expression rate of p57kip2 protein in tissue of poorly differentiated prostatic carcinoma was 28.57%, which was much lower than that in tissue of higher differentiated carcinoma, χ2=5.315,P<0.025. The positive-expression rate of AR in tissue of prostatic carcinoma was 47.22%, which was also lower than that in tissue of benign prostatic hyperplasia, χ2=5.828,P<0.025. AR positive-expression was not correlated with tumor cell differentiation in prostatic carcinoma, χ2<2.0,P>0.25. CONCLUSION:The decreased expressions of p57kip2 protein and AR are correlated significantly with the genesis and differentiation of prostatic carcinoma.
