人参皂苷Rh2增强紫杉醇诱导Hela细胞的凋亡
Ginsenoside Rh2 potentiates paclitaxel-induced apoptosis in Hela cells
【摘要】 目的:探讨人参皂苷Rh2能否增强紫杉醇诱导Hela细胞的凋亡。方法:应用SRB法检测药物抑肿瘤效应;荧光染色和流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡;应用金氏公式分析药物间的相互作用。结果:人参皂苷Rh2可浓度依赖性地抑制Hela细胞的增殖,并可协同性地增强紫杉醇对细胞增殖的抑制作用;人参皂苷Rh2可协同性地增强紫杉醇诱导的Hela细胞凋亡,并具有浓度依赖性。结论:人参皂苷Rh2可协同性地增强紫杉醇对Hela细胞增殖抑制作用和诱导凋亡作用。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore whether ginsenoside Rh2 was able to enhance the paclitaxel-induced apoptosis in Hela cells.METHODS:The inhibitory effect on Hela cells proliferation was detected by SRB assay;Apoptosis was determined via fluorescence staining and flow cytometry;The interaction between ginseng saponin Rh2 and paclitaxel was analyzed by means of Jin’s formulation.RESULTS:Ginsenoside Rh2 inhibited the Hela cells proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner and synergistically enhanced the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel.Furthermore,ginsenoside Rh2 was able to synergistically increase the apoptosis induced by paclitaxel in a concentration-dependent way.CONCLUSION:Ginsenoside Rh2 interacted synergistically with paclitaxel to potentiate its proapoptotic effect on Hela cells.
