【摘要】 目的评价微粒子酶免化学发光法和免疫胶体金试纸法检测β-HCG的方法优劣。方法收集104例患者血清同时用微粒子酶免化学发光法和免疫胶体金试纸法检测血浆中β-HCG并对结果进行分析比较。结果微粒子酶免化学发光法检测血浆中β-HCG阳性率明显高于免疫胶体金试纸法,两种方法检测结果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论微粒子酶免化学发光法测β-HCG灵敏度高、更精确、更具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the applications of the MEIA and colloidal gold assay for β-HCG.Methods 104 cases serum samples,were collected and tested by the MEIA and colloidal gold method.The results from the 2 assays were analyzed and compared.Results The positive rate of the MEIA assay had obvious difference with that of colloidal gold.Conclusion MEIA is more sensitive,precise than colloidal gold in assaying β-HCG,so the former is more valuable in clinical application.更多还原
