【摘要】 目的探讨VEGF及STAT3的表达与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系及VEGP和STAT3之间的相关关系。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测VEGF及STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达。结果(1)胃癌组织中VEGF、STAT3阳性率分别为74%、34.7%,癌组织中VEGF的表达分别与浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移相关。STAT3的表达分别与分化程度、临床分期相关。(2)胃癌组织中VEGF与STAT3表达呈正相关。结论VEGF、STAT3异常表达与胃癌的发生、发展关系密切,而且两者之间的相关性支持VEGF基因直接由STAT3蛋白调节的论点,是肿瘤生物学行为较有价值的标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGF and STAT3 and the clinicopathological factors of gastric cancer,and studied the correlations between these two factors.Method SP(StreptavidinPeroxidase) immunohistochemical staining was used for VEGF and STAT3 detection in gastric Carcinoma.Results (1) The positive rates of VEGF and STAT3 in gastric carcinoma were 74%、34.7% respectively.There were significant correlations between VEGF positive expression in gastric cancer tissues and invasion depth、TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression levels of STAT3 were related to TNM stage and differentiation.(2) Positive correlation was found between the expressions of STAT3 and VEGF(P<0.05) in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion VEGF and STAT3 play important roles in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.The combined detection of STAT3 and VEGF may be of important clinical value to evaluate early diagnosis.the infiltrative ability and prognosis of gastric carcinom.更多还原
