【摘要】 目的评价国产试剂与进口原装试剂的重复性和一致性的情况。方法重复性是取新鲜尿样充分混合均匀分装10支试管中,分别用国产试剂与进口原装试剂逐一交替进行测定。一致性是取新鲜随机尿样10ml 100份,分别用国产试剂与进口原装试剂逐一交替进行测定。结果重复性是测定所得的白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞、细菌结果分别进行t检验(p>0.1)。一致性是测定所得的白细胞、红细胞、上皮细胞、细苗结果分别进行t检验(p>0.1)。结论UF-100在使用国产试剂与进口试剂的重复性和一致性都是良好的,国产试剂目前完全可以代替原装的进口试剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of national reagents and foreign imported ones on the repetition and consistency.Methods In the experiment,three components in one set were picked up on purpose from foreign reagents or from national ones or from both.To assess repetition,freshly collected urinary sample was mlxed well and evenly loaded into 10 tubes.Consistency Bas performed by measuring 10ml fresh urinary per donor,100 patients in total.Results Repetition and consistency mean no difference for the number of observed WHC,RBC,Epithelia and BACT by t testp>0.1).Conclusion For UF-100,repetition and consistency are all good,either by national reagents or by foreign ones.National reagents are sufficient to replace the foreign ones.更多还原
