【摘要】 目的凋查HLA-B27等位基因在山东地区的分布情况,研究亚犁水平的HLA-B27等位基因与AS的相关性。方法应用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)技术检测山东地区HLA-B27阳性AS患者中B2701~25的等位基因。结果在36例HLA-B27阳性的AS患者中,只检测到B*2704和B*2705两种业型等位基因,其中B*2704阳性13例,B*2705阳性23例,构成比分别是36.11%(13/36),63.89%(23/36)。结论山东地区AS患者HLA-B27,等位基因以B*2704和B*2705为主,且B*2705最多见;不同地区、不同人群的AS患者,HLA-B27各亚型分布频率存在差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of HLA-B27 alleles in Shandong area and study the association between HLA-B27 alleles and AS at subtype level.Methods All subtypes B~*2701～25 were detected by PCR-SSP among 36 HLA-B27 positive patients with AS.Results Only two subtypes B~*2704 and B~*2705 were detected among 36 HLA-B27 positive patients with AS.13 patients were B~*2704 positive and 23 were B~*2705 positive.The constitutive ratio were 36,11%13/36) and 63.89%23/36)respectively.Conclusions HLA-B~*2704 and B~*2705 were the major alleles among patients with AS in Shandong area,and B~*2705 was more common;There were differences of the distribution frequency of HLA-B27 subtypes in paticnts with AS among different population and area groups.更多还原
