【摘要】 可持续发展是经济规模的增长没有超越环境承载能力的发展,它要求达到生态规模的足够、社会分配的公平和经济配置的效率。贸易自由化和经济一体化是可持续发展的基本内核,是生产力发展的客观要求,但不顾环境承载能力一味追逐自由贸易与全球经济增长,却是对可持续发展理念的违背。因此,只有充分发挥国家的主导作用,通过国内政策制度和法律法规调整和规范自由贸易,逐步实现国家间的互相协作,在环境保护与可持续发展框架下,推进国际绿色贸易,才能最终实现人类的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sustainable development denoted the economic scale growth is lower than the environmental bearing capacity,it demand to reach ecological scale enough,social distribution fair and economy dispose efficiency.Trade liberalization and economic integration are basic kernels of sustainable development and inevitability of productivity development,but chasing the free trade and global economic growth simply regardless of the environmental bearing capacity is violating to sustainable idea of development.Therefore,we should give full play to leading role of country,native policy system and law arrangement to change and standardize,realize progressively world across boundaries cooperates,advance the international green trade and realize human sustainable development finally under the framework of environmental protection and sustainable development.更多还原
