汽轮机叶片振动疲劳试验振幅的DSCM实时监测技术
DSCM Real Time Inspect Technique for Measuring the Swing of Lamina of Steam Turbine in the Experiment to Analyze Vibration Fatigue
【摘要】 大型汽轮机叶片结构与受力状态复杂,国际标准要求采用交变或脉动载荷在专用设备上测定悬臂梁式模拟叶片试件的振动疲劳极限。介绍了作者专门设计的振动疲劳试验装置,采用DSCM技术实时精确测定叶片在试验中典型截面的振幅。研究表明该非接触式测量技术具有良好的测试精度,尤其在实时监测中更为有效。
【Abstract】 Because the structure and load of lamina of large-scale steam turbine is complex,international academia always applys special alternation or pulse apparatus to acquire the extreme of vibration fatigue of simulative cantilevered lamina.In this paper, authors introduce a testing apparatus for measuring vibration fatigue,which is designed by authors.We applied DSCM(Digital Speckle Correlation Measure) real time inspect technique to measure the swing of representative cross section of lamina,and get perfect data.The study presents that the untouched method has an ideal measurement accuracy and works efficiently,especially in real time inspect.
