【摘要】 目的:探讨恶性气道狭窄支架置入术配合后装腔内近距离放射治疗的效果和护理方法。方法:对9例恶性气道狭窄行支架置入加后装近距离放射治疗患者加强病情观察及护理。结果:本组支架置入均一次成功,置入支架后患者呼吸困难立即消失,转为正常呼吸,加后装近距离放射治疗后,效果满意。未出现严重的并发症。结论:气管支架置入加后装近距离放射治疗是治疗恶性气道狭窄的有效方法,加强病情观察和护理,减少并发症,是提高治疗效果和生活质量的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of malignant racheostenosis with stent impiantation and breech-loading intracavitary brachytherapy and nursing. Methods:Close observation of the change of patient’s conditions and meticulous nursing care were applied to 9patients. Results:The dyspnea syndrome was disappear after stent impiantation.The effect outcome of breech-loading intracavitary brachytherapy was satisfied. Conclusion: Stent impiantation and breech-loading intracavitary brachytherapy is aneffective method of malignant racheostenosis. Close observation and meticulous nursing are the important insurance to improve the quality of life.更多还原
