【摘要】 目的:探讨手术切除扁桃体和腺样体治疗儿童鼾症的效果观察及护理方法。方法:在表面麻醉下切除肥大的扁桃体及腺样体组织,并给予围手术期精心护理。结果:本组鼾症消失12例、无张口呼吸8例、流涕完全改善3例。结论:切除肥大的扁桃体和腺样体是治疗儿童鼾症的重要方法,围手术期精心护理及对患儿、家长做好卫生、出院指导,对促进患儿康复有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the treatment of the child snoring disease. Methods: Cutting hypertrophic tonsil and adenoid tissue under superficial anesthesia, offering perioperative nursing care.Results: 12 cases snore crucials disappear,8 cases without mouth breathing,3 cases improved rhinorrhea. Conclusion: The excision of hypertrophic tonsil and adenoid tissue is an important method, meticulous nursing care in perioperative period and health education have an important meaning in recovery.更多还原
