【摘要】 目的:探讨抚触对新生儿排便和黄疸的影响。方法:将足月分娩的300例正常新生儿随机分为抚触组和对照组各150例,抚触组在新生儿娩出24h内开始给予抚触,对照组不予抚触。观察两组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、高胆红素血症的发生率。结果:抚触组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间及黄疸消退时间均比对照组提前,高胆红素血症发生率亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿抚触能加速胎便排出,使胎便转黄时间提前,减少肠肝循环,降低高胆红素血症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of caress on defecation and jaundice of newborn. Methods: 300 full-term newborn were randomly divided into caress group (n=150) and control group (n=150). Caress was given to newborn within 24hrs after delivery in the caress group. The time of defecation, change of color of meconium and occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia were observed. Results: The first defecation, the time of change of meconium and extinction of jaundice were all shorten and the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia was apparently lower in the caress group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Caress for newborn can accelerate defecation of meconium, shorten the time of change of meconium, reduce the circulation of jaundice in intestine and liver and decrease the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia.更多还原
