【摘要】 目的探讨经小脑延髓裂入路微创手术切除脑桥背侧病变的疗效。方法采用枕骨骨瓣成形、小脑延髓裂入路显微手术切除脑桥背侧病变12例,并进行术后治疗及随访。结果病变全切8例,近全切除3例,大部切除1例。所有患者均未出现后组颅神经麻痹、脑脊液漏及小脑性缄默征等与手术入路有关的并发症,无死亡病例。结论经小脑延髓裂入路微创手术可安全有效地切除脑桥背侧病变,但仍需要大样本的观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the trans- cerebellomedullary fissure minimally invasive operation treating lesions of dorsal part of pons.Methods 12 cases with lesions of the dorsal part of pons were cut by craniotomy through cerebellomedullary fissure.Postoperative treatment were continued and follow-up information were also studied.Results Of the 12 cases,total resection was achieved in 8, subtotal resection in 3 and 1 in major resection without approach-related complications such as cerebellar mutism,injury of posterior cranial nerves and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.Conclusion The minimally invasive management is safe and effective to cut the lesions of the dorsal part of pons through cerebellomedullary fissure,but a lot of species are still needed for observation.更多还原
