【摘要】 目的探讨老年人口卫生服务现状和卫生服务提供中存在的问题,以期提出适合老年人口的卫生服务政策。方法利用典型抽样方法和小组访谈定性研究等方法对上海市闸北区万荣社区人口老龄化对社区卫生服务的影响进行研究。结果上海市闸北区万荣社区老年人口占总人口的17·5%,疾病谱以循环系统疾病等慢性疾病为主;老年人看病主要是在社区卫生服务中心,但老年人均提到一次门诊、多次取药以及周末无门诊等问题;医务人员和社区老人均反映社区卫生服务中心无病床带来了一系列问题。结论政府应对老年人在社区卫生服务中心的诊治进行规范、支持和政策倾斜,社区卫生服务中心应设立一定量的病床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know about the health service conditions of the old people and try to find the existing problems so as to put forth a proper strategy.Methods Typical sampling and focus interview were applied in the study.Results The old people accounted for 17.5%,and chronic diseases of circulatory system were prominent in the disease spectrum.The community health service center was the main institution for the old people to seek for medical service.The problems old people had were getting medicine separately in one time visiting and no outpatient′s service on weekends,and no sickbed facilities in community health service enters was a common issue that both the old people and the doctors concern.Conclusion The government should make some guidelines,and supply some help and preferential treatment for the old people to seek medical service in the community health service center,in which a number of sickbeds should be set up.更多还原
