【摘要】 目的探讨下岗职工家庭就诊医疗机构的选择意向和影响因素。方法应用整群随机抽样的方法对5市941户下岗家庭(3050人)进行入户询问调查。结果下岗职工家庭成员经常就诊和2周患病就诊的前3位的医疗机构是社区卫生服务机构、市级医院和私人诊所。下岗职工家庭成员中以25~35岁年龄段人群、人均月收入低于400元的家庭、医疗保障以自费形式的家庭、门诊费用以自费形式的家庭、家庭距社区卫生服务机构1km以内的家庭社区卫生服务的利用率最高。结论(1)社区卫生服务是下岗职工家庭健康保障的有效途径;(2)社区卫生服务是下岗职工家庭实施医疗救助的最好平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the intention selecting health organization for laid-off families and the correlated factors.Methods Totally 941 jobless families(3050 persons) were randomly selected with cluster sampling in 5 cities,and in-depth interview was performed.Results Community health service organizations,hospitals of city level and individual clinic were frequently selected by laid-off families for seeing doctors; The heist rate of utilizing community health service was for the population of 25 ~35 years old,whose incoming under 400 RMB,whose medical security at one′s expense,and whose house away from community health service organizations within one kilometer.Conclusion (1)Community health service is a effectual way for laid-off families health security.(2)Community health service is the best platform for medical aid of laid-off families.更多还原
