【摘要】 为促进我国社区护理服务事业的发展,探索适合我国国情的老年人居家护理的运行模式,本文在回顾国内外居家护理发展历史的基础上,总结了我国目前居家护理的现状,提出了促进我国居家护理发展的几点建议明确护士在老年居家护理中的职责,健全各种规章制度;建立居家护理病历,完善居家护理操作常规;在逐步提高护士业务水平的基础上,拓展护理内容;与相关部门协作,确保居家护理的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the development of the community nursing service in our country and search a operating model which is appropriate for our national conditions,we summed up the present situation of our national home-care nursing on the basis of reviewing the histories of home-care nursing both at home and abroad.And then we putted forward a few proposals to promote home-care nursing in our country: To clarify the job responsibility of nurses in this field,improve rules and regulations; set up home-care nursing record; perfect the practice convention; expand the nursing services on the basis of raising the professional standards of nurses; and ensure the sustainable development of home care nursing under the cooperation of the concerned administration departments.更多还原
