【摘要】 目的探讨醋酸甲羟孕酮(DMPA)治疗巧克力囊肿的临床效果。方法25例巧克力囊肿患者均于月经第1~5d内首次臀部肌肉注射DMPA150mg,此后每间隔(90±7)d注射1次,半年为1疗程。采用B超测量用药前、后囊肿大小,观察用药期间患者的临床症状及不良反应。结果用药前患者囊肿直径平均为(4·31±1·02)cm;用药后囊肿直径为(1·02±1·32)cm,治疗前、后囊肿直径间差别有显著性意义(P<0·01)。80%患者用药前有痛经,用药后痛经基本消失或得到缓解。月经异常或闭经是其主要不良反应,无其他严重不良反应发生。结论DMPA治疗巧克力囊肿临床效果明显且安全、价廉、使用方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of DMPA in the treatment of chocolate cyst.Methods All 25 cases with chocolate cyst had the first intramuscular injection of DMPA 150mg on the 1～5 th day of mentrace cycle,then had injection every (90±7)d,one curative course was half a year.B ultrasonic was used to measure the size of cyst before and after the treatment,meanwhile observe the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions occurring during the period of medicine.Results The diameter of cysts was (4.31±1.02)cm before the treatment and (1.02±1.32)cm after the treatment,there was significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.01).80% cases had the symptom of dysmenorrhea before the treatment and disappeared or relieved after the treatment.The major adverse reaction was menoxenia or amenia,no other adverse reaction was found.Conclusion The clinical effect of DMPA in the treatment of chocolate cyst is obvious,safe,cheap and convenient.更多还原
