【摘要】 目的探讨药学监护在社区原发性高血压防治中的作用。方法对我院社区卫生服务中心确诊的220例原发性高血压患者进行药学监护(药物来源的正确性、选药的合理性、服药的规范性和依从性、服药时间的合理性、服药剂量的准确性)并对监护前、后进行相关调查。结果通过药学监护,患者高血压知识知晓率由64·8%上升到91·3%,规范服药者的比例由41·8%上升到75·2%,用药依从性好者所占比例由37·3%上升到61·4%,用药时间适宜者的比例由73·2%上升到94·5%,用药剂量准确者的比例由83·2%上升到93·6%,用药对象适宜者的比例由90·45%上升到98·65%,血压控制率从38·6%上升到80·2%。结论药学监护可提高原发性高血压的防治效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the role that Community Pharmaceutical Care played in the prevention and therapy of hypertension.Methods The community sanitary service center of our hospital conducted harmaceutical care on 220 patients with primary hypertension(in the aspects of correctness of medicine sourcing,rationality of medicine selecting,regularity of medicine taking,dosing compliance,reasonability of medicine taking and accuracy of dosage).A survey was carried out before and after pharmaceutical care.Results By means of pharmaceutical care,the patients′ awareness of the knowledge about hypertension increased from 64.8% to 91.3%;the regularity of medicine taking increased from 41.8% to 75.2%;medicine compliance increased from 37.3% to 61.4%,medicine usage suitability increased from 73.2% to 94.5%;the dosage accuracy increased from 83.2% to 93.6%;the medicine users′ suitability increased from 90.45% to 98.65% and the blood pressure control ration increased from 38.6% to 80.2%.Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can improve the effect of prevention and therapy of primary hypertension.更多还原
