【摘要】 目的探讨TOPSIS方法在社区卫生服务机构绩效考核评价中的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样调查方法,对深圳某区7个社区卫生服务机构进行社区卫生服务绩效考核测评,并用TOPSIS方法对7个社区卫生服务机构的绩效考核结果进行评价。结果用TOPSIS方法和加权评分方法对7个社区卫生服务机构进行测评,其分析结果基本一致。结论TOPSIS分析方法简单实用,结果可靠。可对社区卫生服务机构绩效考核结果进行排序,有利于从整体上把握一个地区社区卫生服务机构绩效考核的分布水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of Topsis methods in the evaluation of the performances on community health service offices.Methods Purposive sampling was used by using questionnaires covering 7 community health service offices of one area in Shenzhen about their performances, and their performances were evaluated by Topsis methods.Results The analyzing outcomes were basically consistent in testing the performances of same set of subjects with Topsis methods and weight evaluation methods.Conclusion Topsis methods was simple and practical,and with a reliable result. It can rank the performances among community health service offices,which helps to control the overall distribution on the performances in community health service offices.更多还原
