【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌合并高血压患者围手术期的处理措施。方法回顾性分析36例乳腺癌合并高血压患者的临床资料及围手术期的处理方法。结果36例患者血压在围手术期控制理想,均行手术治疗,无严重并发症,患者均康复出院。结论合并高血压对手术不利,调整围手术期用药,将术前、术后血压控制在适当范围是手术治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the perioperative managemant of breast cancer patients with hypertension.Methods The clinical data and the perioperative management in 36 patients amalgamated with breast carcinoma with hypertension retrospectively were analyzed.Results The blood pressure level of 36 cases was controlled to a reasonable level.All the patients underwent operations.There were no serious complications during perioperation period,all patients were recovered.Conclusion Although Hypertension is not good for operation,adjusting the perioperative drug and controlling the blood pressure to reasonable level before and after operation are crucial for the successful operation.更多还原
