【摘要】 目的探讨帕罗西汀联合心理干预对伴发抑郁症的2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对患者血糖的影响。方法将64例伴发抑郁症的2型糖尿病患者随机分为研究组Ⅰ(常规治疗+帕罗西汀联合心理干预组,23例)、研究组Ⅱ(常规治疗+心理干预组,21例)和对照组(常规治疗组,20例),均治疗8周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应,用糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平监测血糖控制情况。结果治疗8周后,研究组Ⅰ患者HAMD评分的改善明显优于研究组Ⅱ和对照组(P<0.01),研究组Ⅱ患者HAMD评分的改善明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组Ⅰ患者HbA1c水平的改善明显好于研究组Ⅱ和对照组(P<0.05或<0.01),而研究组Ⅱ和对照组患者HbA1c水平间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间3组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论帕罗西汀联合心理干预能明显改善2型糖尿病患者伴发的抑郁症,且有利于患者血糖的控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of paroxetine combined with psychological intervention on depressive disorder and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes and depressive disorder were randomly assigned to study groupⅠ (routine therapy + paroxetine with psychological intervention,23 cases),study groupⅡ(routine therapy+psychological intervention,21 cases) and control group (routine therapy,20 cases) for 8 weeks′treatment,the clinical effect and side reaction were evaluated separately with HAMD and TESS before and after the treatment.HbA_ 1c levels were obtained to monitor glycemic control.Results After 8 weeks,improvement on HAMD scores was significantly greater in study groupⅠthan that in study groupⅡ or in control group (P<0.01),and the scores of HAMD were significantly lower in study groupⅡ than those in control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement on blood levels of HbA_ 1c was significantly greater in study groupⅠthan that in study groupⅡ or in control group (P<0.05～0.01),but there was no difference in HbA_ 1c levels between study groupⅡ and control group (P>0.05).The severe side effect was not found in three groups during the treatment.Conclusion Paroxetine combined with psychological intervention can efficiently improve the depressive disorder in type 2 diabetic patients,and it is good for controlling blood glucose of the patients.更多还原
