【摘要】 目的了解全国东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务站2002年的收入情况。方法对61个市区所属的508个社区卫生服务站的收入进行问卷调查。结果在三个地区的社区卫生服务站收入结构中,药品所占比重最高,医疗收入其次;西部地区补助收入所占比重最高,其次为中部地区,东部地区最低。结论不同地区社区卫生服务站的各项收入比例不同;国家对社区卫生服务的补助政策应倾向于不发达地区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the income in the community health service stations (CHSS) in east,west and middle regions of China in 2002.Methods A questionnaire investigation on the income in 508 CHSS in 61 cities was conducted.Results In these stations,among all kinds of income,the income on drug occupied the highest ratio,and the income on medical operation was the second;the assistance income in the west region was the highest,in the middle region was the second,and in the east region was the lowest.Conclusion The ratio of income varies with different regions;and the assistance policies of our country to community health service is inclined to underdeveloped regions.更多还原
