非均匀阳极电流电解槽内型数值模拟及均化研究

【摘要】 本文以数值模拟和测试相结合的手段在国内首次研究阳极电流分布不均匀性对槽膛内型的影响,并通过现场实测数据分析阳极电流不均匀的原因,在此基础上提出了提高阳极电流分布均匀性的措施。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of uneven anode current on the inner shape of the aluminum reduction cell was studied by using methods of numerical calculation with experiment test for the first time,and the cause resulting in the asymmetry of anode current was studied by analysis of experiment data,on this basis,the methods of improving symmetrical quality of the anode current was put forward.
