由磷肥副产氟硅酸制取冰晶石的新工艺研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种由磷肥副产氟硅酸制取冰晶石的新工艺,用碳酸氢铵作为氨解剂,可以制得符合GB10571-89的白炭黑和氟化氨溶液,用得到的氟化氨溶液与硫酸钠和硫酸铝反应可以制得符合GB/T4291-1999的一级品的高分子比冰晶石,各步反应条件温和,无废气、污水、废渣排放,工艺可行,是变废为宝、综合利用资源,保护环境、造福一方,利国利民的项目。

【Abstract】 This article has recommended a new technical research in preparation of cryolite from silicfluoric acid-by-product of a phosphate fertilizer factory,hydrogen ammonium of carbonic acid as ammonia agent,can be made in accord with GB10571-89 silicon dioxide and the fluorine ammonia solution.Fluorine ammonia solution can be used to react with sulphuric acid sodium and aluminium sulfate and be produced cryolite,which can be fit first class product in accord with GB/T4291-1999,at every step reaction in mild condition,there are not waste gas,sewage,waste residue that are discharged,the process is feasible,turn waste into wealth,utilize resources synthetically,protect the environment,benefit society,a project of benefitting the nation and the people.
