【摘要】 本文介绍了200kA预焙铝电解槽小修及二次启动的成功经验,重点对528#槽漏炉、刨炉和小修方案以及二次启动采用焦粒焙烧和无效应启动的整个过程进行了较详细的论述。实践证明对于局部破损漏炉的电解槽进行小修二次启动是一个很好的方法而且切实可行。对于延长槽寿命以及降低大修费用有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article introduced the successful experience of second start after small repairing of 200KA pre-baking aluminium reduction cell. Detailed statement of the scheme on leakage of No.528 cell,cell digging and small repairing and the whole process of no anode effects start-up and applying the coke grain for baking in the second start-up are emphasized. It is proved that, as a feasible plan, the second start-up after the small repairing will be a very good method for the partly damaged and leaking cell, which has the important significance to extending the pot life and reduce the overhaul cost.更多还原
