【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下高血压脑出血的微创介入治疗。方法:对50例高血压脑出血患者做微创穿刺,行各部位血肿清除术。结果:50例高血压脑出血患者均一次穿刺成功,43例患者血肿清除后恢复较好,达到满意疗效,其中12例术后均有不同程度的并发症发生;7例出血量大,有严重并发症并导致死亡。结论:脑出血微创清除术相对安全、简便,患者痛苦小,并发症少,是一项十分有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the tiny traumatic interventional treatment effects of hypertensive apoplexy under CT condition.Methods: the 50 patients with the apoplexy of high blood pressure were punctured by microtrauma way and performed heamatoma clearing.Results: The 50 patients with hypertensive apoplexy were successfully punctured.43 of 50 patients were better recovery after clearing the haematoma,but the 12 patients had the various complications;the 7 patients had the serious complications and died.Conclusions: Microtruama intervention treatment under CT condition is an effective method for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and it is relatively safe and simple.更多还原
