【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内镜下射频治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:鼻腔表面麻醉后,在鼻内镜的直视下,暴露易过敏区,选用圆形射频探头分别于易过敏区热凝。结果:依据1997年海口会议的疗效判定标准,135例患者术后显效105例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率达95%。随访两年,复发18例,再次射频治疗,近期未再发作,均无手术并发症。结论:鼻内镜下射频治疗变应性鼻炎,视野清楚,部位准确,方法简单,不出血,安全性高,疗效确切,易被患者接受,值得临床应用及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of radiofrequenecy under nasal endoscope on allergic rhinitis.Methods: The nasal cavit mucosa of 135 cases were topical anesthetized,and then a round-shape probe was used to touch sensitive regions of nasal cavities until white patches appeared on them under nasal endoscope.Results :One hundred and five cases showed prominent effect,23 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate reached 95%,according to the efficiency standard established in Haikou Conference 1997.Two years contrast,18 cases relapsed.After retreatment few relapses.Conclusions: This method has many advantages of nasal endoscope and radiofrequenecy,such as: clear operation visual field,valid,convenient,mild damage,definite effect,easy reception by patiens.It is worth to be popularized.更多还原
