肥料对秦艽(青海栽培)叶中龙胆苦苷含量的影响

【摘要】 目的考察尿素-磷肥混合肥料对秦艽(青海栽培)叶中龙胆苦苷含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同水平尿素-磷肥混合肥料施肥的秦艽叶中龙胆苦苷的含量。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(1∶2 v/v),检测波长为254 nm。结果不同水平的尿素-磷肥混合肥料对秦艽叶中龙胆苦苷的含量有影响。结论采用尿素-磷肥混合肥料(2025∶506比例)栽培秦艽其叶中龙胆苦苷含量较高。**

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of urea-phosphorus manure on Gentiopicroside’s content in leaves of Qinghai planting Gentiana.Methods The concentration of gentiopicroside was determined by RP-HPLC method in gentiana’s leaves planted by urea-phosphorus manure.the analysis involved a 250 mm ×(4.6mm) column packed with C18(5 μm).the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-water(1: 2),and ultraviolet wavelength for detection is 254 nm.Results The effect on the level of spreading manure to Gentiopicroside’s content in planting gentiana’s leaves was significant.Conclusion The gentiopicroside of gentiana’s leaf planted with urea-phosphorus manure(2025∶506 g/g) was more than other manure.
