基于主元分析的故障可检测性的统计指标比较
Sensor fault detection statistics based on principal component analysis
【摘要】 基于主元分析的传感器故障检测方法中,SPE和H aw k in T2H是两个重要指标,针对目前应用中SPE指标有不足,而H aw k ins T2H指标一直没有得到重视的问题,该文通过分析对比SPE和T2H指标的控制限和基于主元分析的传感器故障可检测性的充分条件,得出了SPE和T2H指标的可检测故障幅值计算公式。定性分析了SPE和T2H指标对不同传感器故障具有不同的检测能力,并通过数值仿真进行了验证。指出由于T2H和SPE指标各有优劣,因此在实际传感器故障检测中应该联合使用。
【Abstract】 Square prediction error(SPE) and Hawkins T~~~2___H can both be used to detect faults in the principal component analysis-based sensor fault detection approach.However,there are few studies on the function of the Hawkins T~~~2____H in sensor fault detection.The critical fault magnitude of SPE and T~~~2____H were derived by analyzing the statistical threshold and sensor fault detectabililty.SPE and T~~~2____H have different abilities for fault detection in different sensors,as was verified by simulations.Since SPE and T~~~2____H have different fault detection abilities,they should be combined in an application.
