GE 9FA联合循环机组仿真系统的研制
Simulation system development of GE 9FA combined-cycle units
【摘要】 为了更好地了解GE 9F级联循环机组运行特点和M ark V I控制系统特点,对运行人员进行上岗前的仿真机培训,该文开发了一套仿真系统。该仿真系统基于完全模拟仿真的技术方案,为保证模拟的控制系统的精确度,采用“翻译”技术和“虚拟”技术,逼真复现了参考机组的O vation控制系统、M ark V I控制系统;电厂过程模型则基于具备工程分析精度的P roTRAX图形化建模系统开发。仿真计算机系统全部由微机构成,配置灵活。配备了和电厂完全相同的DCS工程师站和M ark V I工程师站,精确仿真参考机组的运行,具有对热控人员培训、工程分析等多种用途。
【Abstract】 A GE 9F combined-cycle simulation system was developed to study the characteristics of GE 9F combined-cycle and Mark VI control system.The simulation system uses "Translation" and "Virtual" technologies to accurately simulate the unit’s Ovation and Mark VI control systems.The ProTRAX graphical modeling system is used to accurately describe the power plant process modules. The system uses flexibly configured computers with the same DCS and Mark VI engineer station as the power station.The simulation system accurately simulates the combined-cycle unit so it can be used for training control engineers and for engineering analyses.
