纵扭型超声电机的实验研究
Experimental tests of longitudinaltorsional ultrasonic motors
【摘要】 为提高纵扭型超声电机工作的稳定性,利用超声电机驱动实验平台和一台直径45mm的纵扭型超声电机,研究了预压力和驱动信号的变化对电机性能的影响。结果显示,预压力、两相驱动信号的幅值、频率和相位差等因素的变化会引起电机定子纵、扭振动相位差的变化,进一步引起电机转速和转矩的变化,使得电机不能稳定工作。通过对这些现象进行分析,认为将纵、扭共振频率调整得尽量一致,并采用调相调速有利于电机稳定工作。
【Abstract】 The stability of the longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motors was investigated in a series of experimental tests.A 45 mm diameter longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motor was tested on an experiment platform.The tests show that factors such as the pre-press and the voltage,frequency and phase deviation of the two drive signals cause phase deviations between the longitudinal and torsional vibrations of the stator.These changes then causes changes in the speed and moment of the motor so the motor can not work steadily.The longitudinal and torsional resonant frequencies should be adjusted to as close as possible,with phase modulation as the best method for speed control to keep the motor working steadily.
