超支化聚(酯-酰胺)改善超高分子量聚乙烯的流动机理
Rheological modifying mechanism of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene by hyperbranched poly(ester-amide)
【摘要】 研究了超支化聚(酯酰胺)(简称PF2)改善超高分子量聚乙烯(简称UHMW-PE)加工流动性的作用机理。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析PF2在共混物中的分布。结果显示PF2在共混物表面的含量高于内部。表明在剪切作用下,PF2易于在共混物表面富集,破坏受剪切面上UHMW-PE分子的链缠结并起到分子链间的滑动轴承作用,从而降低体系的表观粘度。PF2可改善UHMW-PE分子间的结合力。
【Abstract】 The mechanism for rheological modification of ultra-high-molecularweight polyethylene(UHMW-PE) by hyperbranched poly(ester-amide)(PF<sub>2) was investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis of PF<sub>2/UHMW-PE blends.The results show that there is more PF<sub>2 at the surface than in the center of the blend.Shear forces cause the PF<sub>2 molecules to aggregate at the surface of the blends,thus reducing the apparent blend viscosity.The intermolecular adhesion of UHMW-PE was improved by the presence of PF<sub>2.
