【摘要】 目前,我国南方一些城市青睐于一种“飞地经济”发展模式,它通过建立科学的利益分配机制,实现互利共赢。面对青海省资源综合利用水平低,工业结构单一,增长方式粗放;资金短缺状况加剧,科技支撑能力不强,运输瓶颈制约进一步显现;城乡、区域发展差距拉大;城乡居民收入总体水平偏低等问题,在借鉴国内发展飞地经济成功经验的基础上,指出依靠特色资源与产业发展青海省“飞地经济”具有重大现实意义。更多还原
