花锚中两种新酮化学成分的鉴定
Identification of Chemical Constituents of Two Kinds New Xanthone of Halenia Elliptica
【摘要】 提取并鉴定高原植物椭圆叶花锚的全草中2种针状结晶化合物;采用元素分析(EA)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、熔点测定等分析方法,对其化学结构进行表征;产物分别为1,3-二羟基-4,5,8-三甲氧基酮和1-羟基-2,3,4,8-四甲氧基酮.首次从藏药椭圆叶花锚的全草中分离出上述化合物.
【Abstract】 Two needle-shaped crystal chemicals were identificated from a plateau plant Halenia elliptica D.Don.Some analysis methods,such as EA,MS,NMR,FTIR and UV spectrometry,as well as melting point analysis,were used for the characterization of them.results showed that they were 1,3-dihydroxy-4,5,8-trimethoxyxanthone and 1-hydroxy-2,3,4,8-tetramethoxyxanthone.It is the first time for high content Xanthone to be obtained from Halenia elliptica D.Don of plateau plant.
