【摘要】 试验就祁连圆柏扦插繁殖采穗母株幼嫩化的几个关键环节进行了研究分析,结果表明选择适宜的药剂,对采穗母株进行喷施,均能不同程度地控制插穗的半木质化程度,延长采穗时间,提高扦插成活率。采穗母株的幼嫩化操作应选择3.5mg.kg-1三十烷醇,在树体萌动时,喷施3次,每次间隔10d,在6月10日—7月15日期间采剪插穗,其幼嫩化程度最好,扦插成活率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key of cutting induction of mutation were studied and analyzed in Qiliang Juniper cutting.The results showed the cutting woody degree could be controlled with suitable mutagen to lengthen scion time,and increase cutting survive rate.Triancontane was selected control cutting stock young degree with dose of 3.5mg·kg^-1,spray one time every 10days from 10 June to 15 July.Cutting effect were better,and survive rate were higher.更多还原
