【Abstract】 To resolve earnest "Three farming "problem for a harmonious environment between human and the nature in the West nationality area,we should depend the scientific view of development,open up the energy resources in countryside vigorously,building ecology homeland,and achieve the virtuous circle that the nature ecology protection was developed with the economic community at last.This article,on the basis of introclucing the fundamental present situation and extant problems of energy structure of countryside in Qinghai,countermeasures of exploiting countryside resources and constructing ecological homeland.更多还原
