【Abstract】 The article presents a case study of current housing situation of young faculty at Tsinghua University and identifies key housing issues concerning young faculty during university housing reform.The articles endorses cash-transfer based housing reform,and discusses government and institutional policies and practices for reconceptualising the faculty’s housing perception,smoothing the transitional stage of housing reform,and improving housing welfare.更多还原
