【Abstract】 Enhancing teaching quality and graduate quality are key to teaching reform in higher education institutions. Scientific evaluation and monitoring are important measures for quality assurance. Heilongjiang University has developed a “3+X” teaching evaluation system which has proved effective in improving internal quality assurance.
