塑料注射成型充模阶段中熔体流动的研究

【摘要】 采用有限元/有限差分法对薄壁制品注射成型充模阶段的流动进行了数值模拟,得到温度场、速度场及压力场分布;并结合实验结果进行了分析,得到了一些结论。为整个充模过程的控制机理提供理论依据,对控制注射工艺、模具设计有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Numerical analysis of the flow of thin-wall parts during filling stage of injection molding is investigated by using a hybrid FEM/FDM method here. The temperature, velocity and pressure distribution in the flow field are calculated. And combined with the experiment results, some useful results are obtained. Theory foundation is offered for the control mechanism of filling stage. The results have instructive meanings in mold design and controlling injection technology.
