微量量热法研究黄连素对细菌的代谢作用
Study on the Bacteriostasic Activity of Berberine by Microcalorimetry
【摘要】 从黄连中提取黄连素并用熔点法、红外光谱法、薄层色谱法、液相色谱—质谱联用法对其进行了表征.用瑞典产的2277型热活性检测仪测定了在310 K时不同浓度的黄连素溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌代谢作用的热功率—时间曲线,计算出细菌生长的速率常数,建立了速率常数与药物浓度之间的关系,进而确定了黄连素对3种细菌的最佳用药浓度.
【Abstract】 In this paper,Berberine is extracted from Coptis and identified by mensuration of melting point,infrared spectral identification,thin-layer chromatography,high efficiency liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Using 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor(Sweden),the power-time curves of different concentrations of Berberine solution for E.coli,S.aureus and B.subtilis are determined,the growth rate constant(μ)of different concentrations(c) are calculated at 310 K,the relationship of μ-c is established and the optimum allowable concentration is obtained.
