【摘要】 目的研究手指背侧皮肤的解剖及血供特点,探讨逆行筋膜蒂近节指背皮瓣修复手指远端软组织缺损的手术效果。方法对8只成人尸体手标本进行解剖观察;并采用逆行筋膜蒂近节指背皮瓣修复同指远端缺损患者36例43指。结果手指近、中指节背侧皮肤的血液供应由围绕指骨两侧的指掌侧固有动脉的指横动脉供应,且相互连接共同构成了丰富的指背血管网;36例患者中除1例皮瓣边缘坏死外,余皮瓣均成活。随访1．5～5．0年,感觉、功能及外形均良好。结论逆行筋膜蒂近节指背皮瓣修复同指远端缺损有其解剖理论依据,多指远端同时部分缺损更具优越性,是修复手指远端部分缺损的一种较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the vascularities of digital dorsum, ,and observe the clinical effects of repairing skin defects of distal fingers with the reverse fascial pedicle dorsal flap of proximal phalanx finger.Methods 8 adult hands cadavers were dissected and observed.The flap was used to repair skin defects of distal fingers in 36 cases (43 fingers). Results The vascularilies of dorsal proximal and middle phalanx fingers were from the digial transverse arteries.which originate from proper palmar digital arteries,and they formed rich vessel network at digital dorsum.All flaps survived except one with partial necrosis.During a follow -up period of 1.5 -5 years after operation,excellent results were obtained. Conclusion The vascularities of the reverse fascial pedicle dorsal flap of proximal phalanx finger is dependable,and the technique is simple and effective.It is a belter method to repair defects of distal fingers,especially for more fingers at the same time.更多还原
