【摘要】 目的评价CT扫描对腹膜后脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析7例病理确诊的腹膜后脂肪瘤的CT平扫及增强表现,分析其影像及临床特点。结果7例中,5例定位明确,2例定位困难；6例明确定性。平扫病灶表现为类圆形或分叶状肿块影,边缘清楚,其内绝大部分呈均匀低密度影,CT值-40～- 120Hu,并央杂纤细条索状、条片状稍高密度影,1例病灶内见小斑片状钙化影。4例增强扫描,1例增强后病灶内见轻度片状强化,3例病灶内增强后可见点状、条状血管影。结论腹膜后脂肪瘤大多具有典型的CT表现,大部分情况下CT可明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of CT for primary retroperitoneal lipoma. Methods CT findings in 7 cases of retroperitoneal lipoma with pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 7 cases,location was correct in 5 and qualitation was correct in 6.On plain scan:tumors were well-demarcated round or oval masses,homogeneous low density,-40—120Hu,and strip slightly high density can be seen in lesions,and calcification can be seen in 1 patient. After contrast medium administration in 4 of 7 cases,one patient showed patching enhancement and 3 cases showed punctiform or strip blood vessel.Conclusion Most of retroperitoneal lipoma have typical CT signs and it is not hard to diagnose them.更多还原
