【摘要】 目的设计编制1套全面及适合国情的无偿献血行为自评量表,为献血研究提供工具。方法根据无偿献血中取得经验及相关数据,参照有关文献,筛选出20个题目,含献血认知、献血前情绪、献血感知3个因子。调查参加无偿献血的部队官兵及高校学生120人,有效答卷117份,求取相关数据,并对首次及2次以上献血等进行比较研究。结果取得了诸条目和因子的相关数据,均可供评估分析;无偿献血者的主要心理为焦虑。结论编制的自评量表可对献血者心理状况进行评估分析,并为无偿献血筛选血源及心理咨询等提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through composition of a self-evaluated scale on the behaviour of blood donation, which is suited to Chinese condition, to provide a tool for the studies of blood donation. Methods Based on their experience and relative data from blood donation practice, combined with associated literatures, authors screened 20 items, including congnition on blood donation, pre-donation morale and mental perception through sensory organs peri-donation. Then, authors gave the above-mentioned scale to 120 subjects (from troop and college), effective recovered replay was 117, 80 as to obtain relative data; the data from first-time donation and from ≥ two-time donation were compared and analysed.Results The associated data with all the items and factors were obtained and were suited to evaluate and analyse, among which it is known that the main psych-problem was anxions, etc. Conclusion The scale made by authors would be used for evaluating and analysing the psychological condition of blood donation subjects, and for providing reference to screen blood supply-source and response of psycho-consultation.更多还原
