【摘要】 目的探讨并反思特大面积烧伤患者的救治策略。方法对2例特大面积烧伤患者临床救治及10年后功能恢复情况进行调查回访,包括:烧伤早期救治、气管切开、液体复苏、抗生素的应用、早期营养支持、创面处理等以及10年后的功能恢复和生存质量情况。结果上述主要治疗手段及措施及时正确,2例患者创面修复的时间2个月左右,3个月痊愈出院,10几年来,患者功能恢复满意,生存质量良好。结论大面积严重烧伤早期抢救生命的同时,应注重其后期功能恢复与生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe and reconsider the tactics of emergency treatment for severe ultra-large area burn patients.Methods The status of emergency treatment and their function recorevy in two patients with severe ultra-large area burn were investigated and analysed retrospectively, including early treatment, tracheotomy for mechanical ventilation, fluid resuscitation, antibiotics use and early nutrition support and wound management,etc. as well their status of function recovery and life quality later 10 years after discharge.Results Above -mentioned curative method and measures were all timely and correctly taken.The healing-time of patients wound lasted for about 2 months, they were discharged after 3 months of treatment, and later ≥10 years after the emergency treatment their function recovery are satisfactory with them, life qualities are better.Concluision During the emergency treatment of their life it should pay attention to their following function recovery and life quality.更多还原
