【摘要】 目的观察高龄白内障患者选择性超声乳化吸除术的临床效果。方法对121例(130眼)75~94岁的白内障患者根据术中晶状体核的硬度情况,78眼行超声乳化术,49眼行小切口非超声乳化术,3眼行囊外摘除术,并对前两种手术方法病例的术后视力、角膜散光度进行比较。结果前两种手术方法的病例在术后第1天、1周、1月及3个月的疗效无显著性差异。结论对高龄白内障行选择性超声乳化吸除术更安全、有效和实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the selective phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract in venerable age patients.Methods According to the nucleus solidity,130 eyes of 121 cataract patients(75~94 years old)had selective cataract extraction.Among of them 76 had phacoemulsification,49 small incision non-phacoemulsification and 3 extracapsular extraction,and the first 2 groups were compared in visual acuity and corneal astigmatism before and after operation.Results There was no significant difference between the first 2 groups.Conclusions Selective phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract is safe,effective and practical for venerable patients.更多还原
