【摘要】 农民政治人权意识提高,对其人权实现有着重要意义。但由于当前中国农民政治人权缺乏,使其对自己政治人权意识存在主人翁认识不清、基本权力意识淡薄、民主意识不高、政治行为抵触情绪、政治理想价值观保守等观念,造成农民实现自主人权内驱动力不足。可以采取健全平等机制、完备法律保障、加强人权意识培养、提高政治实践操作能力等措施,使农民政治人权利益得到更好的保障与实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the consciousness of farmers ’politics human right is significant to realize their human rights,but because of current Chinas ’farmers lacking politics human rights,they have an unclear consciousness of their political human rights,light consciousness of basic authority,low consciousness of democracy,and have a resistant and ronservative mentality to the political behavior and political ideal values which occur the insufficient internal driving force in realizing their independent human rights.We may adopt some countermeasures to ensure and realize the benefit of farmers ’politics human rights better,such as perfecting the social eqality mechanism,completing legal safeguard,strengthening on fostering the consciousness of farmers p ’olitics human rights,and improving farmers p’olitics practice operation ability to safeguard and realize their politics human rights.更多还原
