气体喷射器的一维数学模型分析
A One-dimensional Mathematical Model Analysis for Gas-ejector
【摘要】 建立了气体喷射器的一维数学模型,利用理想气体对模型进行了求解。对在混合段拥塞现象的发生和其对喷射器喷射系数的影响进行了分析。结果表明:在混合段发生拥塞现象之前,喷射系数随着工作流体进口压力的增加和出口压力的降低而增加,混合气体出口压力随着工作流体进口压力的增加和喷射系数的降低而增加;在发生拥塞现象之后,喷射系数与工作流体进口压力和混合气体出口压力的变化无关;混合段发生拥塞时喷射系数达到最大,此时喷射系数随工作流体进口压力的增加和混合气体出口压力的降低而增大。
【Abstract】 A one-dimensional mathematical model of gas-ejector was established in this paper based on the assumption of ideal gases.Using the model,we analyzed the phenomena of the choke in the mixing chamber and its affection to entrainment ratio.It shows that : ① Before the happening of choke,the entrainment ratio increases with the increase of primary fluid inlet pressure and decrease of mixed fluid outlet pressure.② After the happening of choke,the value of entrainment ratio has no relation with primary fluid inlet pressure and mixed fluid outlet pressure.③ During the happening of choke,the entrainment ratio reached its maximal value and the value increases with the increase of primary fluid inlet pressure and decrease of mixed fluid outlet pressure.
